If you have a concern about the way the school has handled your personal data, please contact DPO@stgiles.herts.sch.uk. The school will consider data protection complaints in line with its Data Protection Complaints and Information Rights Procedure, which is available on request.

We use an external company (School Consulting Limited) for DPO services. They can be contacted via email at DPO@stgiles.herts.sch.uk.

Subject Access Requests

To make a SAR (Subject Access Request) please use the DPO@stgiles.herts.sch.uk email address. 

Artificial Intelligence (AI) in school

Our staff may use AI generation tools (i.e. to help create teaching resources or to assist with administration tasks), however any information produced would be vetted before use.
